New Items: V Lubricants

V Lubricants

Cindie’s now carries V, a line of smooth, long lasting, hypoallergenic personal lubricants made with only FDA approved ingredients. With water-based liquids and gels as well as premium silicone, there is a V lubricant for every occasion.

Featured V Lubes

V Silicone Premium Liquid is a luxurious, velvety, long lasting lubricant made from pure, pharmaceutical grade silicone. Since it’s slicker than water based lube and never dries out, V Silicone is ideal for massage, water play, anal play, or anytime you want a silky, long lasting lubricant.

Note: Do not use V Silicone with silicone toys since it could potentially damage the material; instead, opt for a V Water-Based Liquid or Gel.

Ingredients: Cyclopentasiloxane, Dimethicone, Dimethiconol

V Water-Based Cooling is a smooth, long lasting water based lubricant with added cooling and tingling sensations.  To intensify the cool feeling, blow gently after application. Since it contains menthol, V Cooling has a light minty scent and taste.

Ingredients: Purified water, Propylene Glycol, Vegetable Glycerin, Hydroxyethylcellulose, Polysorbate 80, Honeysuckle Extract, Menthyl Lactate, Menthol

V Water+Silicone Gel is a slick hybrid lubricant that is long lasting like silicone but easy to clean up like water based, combining the best of both worlds.  V Water+Silicone Gel’s thick consistency also ensures that it stays wherever you put it, making it less messy than liquid lubricants.

Ingredients: Purified Water, Propylene Glycol, Vegetable Glycerin, Hydroxyethylcellulose, Sodium Polyacrylate, Dimethicone, Cyclopentasiloxane, PEG/PPG-18 Dimethicone, Honeysuckle Extract

In addition to these 3 featured V brand lubes, we also carry other V products such as basic V Water-Based liquid and gel lubricants as well as warming varieties. To learn more about different types of lubricants and when to use them, check out this previous blog post

Tip of the Day: Non-porous Toys

Porous vs. Non-porous

If a toy material is porous, that means it has tiny holes in the material that can retain bacteria, and it can’t be completely sterilized. On the other hand, if a toy material is non-porous, it doesn’t have tiny pores in the material, and when you properly clean the toy, it is truly clean and sterile. The most hygienic options for sex toys are non-porous materials, such as pure silicone, glass, and hard plastic.

Pure silicone is one of the best materials for toys because it is hygienic, durable, flexible, and quickly warms to your body temperature. To learn more about silicone toys and how to clean them, click here.

Glass is also a high quality non-porous material for toys, and since it holds temperature well, you can play with different sensations by dipping the toy in either cold or warm water. (If it vibrates, avoid getting any water in or around the motor.) Non-vibrating glass toys can also be boiled (like silicone), but be careful not to chip the delicate material, and keep in mind that glass retains heat and may be extremely hot.

Hard plastic toys are also generally non-porous and are less expensive than silicone and glass. To clean your hard plastic toy, use soap and water or a mild toy cleaner.
